Pursuant to our mission, we are committed to data and research that provides insights and impact for organizations, managers, and individuals.

Conducting research involves collecting data from companies and individuals willing to complete our surveys. When administering surveys to respondents, we always document—in our instructions and/or invitations—the level of confidentiality that can be expected as well as how respondents’ data will be used.

By submitting survey data, respondents are granting permission to Caerulean Analytics to use your data for research, product development, and/or commercial purposes. We are committed to the confidentiality of each respondent and as such, the data we collect are stored in our database and aggregated, or averaged, across survey respondents in such a way that will not divulge a person’s name or identity to anyone outside of Caerulean Analytics and our research partners.

Organizational data are treated in a similar manner. Organizational names/identities will not be shared or released without prior consent.

In special circumstances, we may disclose a respondent’s information in order to comply with the law, a judicial proceeding, court order, or other legal process.  We may disclose your identifying and response information where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
