RESEARCH
We are committed to bringing the highest level of data-driven rigor to our work and to this space. We are harnessing the power that we regularly measure, including collaboration with professionals and academic leaders in an effort to elevate the impact of our work. We are committed to multiple research projects, including The Belonging Research Initiative™, a confidential 12-month, invite-only program limited to 16 non-competitive companies from eight industry sectors. Over the course of 12 months, each company will complete a baseline and period-over-period assessments. The data will be held in confidence, however there will be two structured opportunities for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leaders of each participating company to collaborate, share findings and insights, and (hopefully) advance their leadership in this important space.
